Room Rates

Our rates are based on the suite price per night (not per person) one or two persons sharing a suite per night. A discount of 8% is avalible for one person in a room. The price is excluding breakfast. We make no extra charge for weekend or peak periods (e.g. easter or christmas).

Discounts possible during low season, please ask us for our best rates. Low season is generally outside of the main holiday periods.

If you require breakfast or half board accommodation we can offer this at a reasonable price. Please contact us for pricing with breakfast and meals included.

• Single traveler in a suite will receive 8% discount off total suite price. If using online booking see special offers to book room at single person rate.
• Or Book 6 months before you arrive and receive a 10% discount off total price (not available with any other discounts). This discount will be taken off final bill.
• Group discounts also available when 6 or more people book together. We recommend you email us with your groups details and dates for our discount possibilities for you and your group.

These offers only apply when booking is made directly through us and not via an agent. A €2 booking fee is charged to cover processing costs for on line bookings, this will be deducted from your final bill upon payment.

Three of our rooms can accommodate three adults or two adults and two children. If three adults share a room an additional 50le is charged per night to cover our additional laundry, and energy consumption costs. Children under 12 years of age can stay for free in the same room as their parent or guardian, over 12 years will be charged at the adult rate.

To book a room for 3 persons on line we suggest you book a room for 2 persons and email us as soon as possible details of the 3rd person, we will add the difference to your final bill. Please note that all our sea view rooms are only suitable for 2 adults sharing (with small children only). Our garden/mountain view suites are better suited for three adults sharing.

All our prices for both suites and budget rooms inclusive of the following:

• Room cleaning (at your request)
• Fresh Linen and weekly bed linen change
• Towels and towel change (at your request)
• Room servicing and maintenance
• Energy costs
• Fresh water for showering (but not for drinking)

• All local taxes

Payments can be made in most currencies, if in doubt please ask us. Your final bill can only been paid in cash. Currently we are unable to accept payments by credit card or travelers cheques for final bill payments, however these can be exchanged locally or used for fee free cash advances.
